Barack Obama

My favorite moment in history was when President Obama was elected President of the United States.   I was really proud of the African-American race for this great achievement.  My mom told me if Obama wins, he will become one off the Greatest African- American that would ever live.   I was very happy because finally an African-American was elected President. He is the 44th President Of  The United States Of America, but to many people, he is the first that truly represents us. I hope that more African-American people step up and try to do what Obama did and make a better life for us all.  He like to make everyone feel comfortable about what they do and what they stand for.  Barack Obama has given people hope and even though people tried to make fun of him for that he didn't let them stop him. Obama said "We've been warned against offering the people of this nation false hope. But in the unlikely story that is America, there has never been anything false about hope."
